What can be customised?
Depending on the box and the quantity, we can customise the box or sleeve, ribbon, message card and the chocolate selection. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the box, the level of customisation and the time of year. Send us your quantity and we will confirm the options available.
How early should we order?
As early as you can — especially for Ramadan, Eid and year-end. Custom artwork and production take time, so tell us your date at the start and we will let you know if it is realistic.
Can you deliver to multiple recipients?
Yes. We can deliver to a single address or to a list of recipients. Share the details with your enquiry and we will plan it with you.
Do you supply gifting companies and retailers?
Yes. We work with businesses that gift for others, including hamper makers, florists and gift retailers, either with CM-branded boxes or boxes made to your own brand.
Can we see a sample first?
For larger or repeat programmes, samples can usually be discussed as part of your quote. Ask us when you enquire.
